Bag QC FAQ

Bags need more than a clean front photo. Shape, edge finish, hardware, straps, closures, lining, and measurements often require separate close-ups and neutral lighting.

Worked example

Example: checking a crossbody bag

Request front, back, base, interior, strap, clasp, zipper, corner, and ruler photos. Compare left-right alignment and hardware color, then note any crease or edge-paint issue that could worsen in transit.

What should I check first in bag QC photos?

Bag QC should start with shape, structure, strap alignment, stitching, zipper line, logo placement, hardware color, inner labels, and edge finish. One front photo is not enough when a bag has corners, handles, clasps, or interior details.

02

Why do bag finds need extra spreadsheet QC notes?

Bag finds often depend on small details that are easy to miss in a product thumbnail. Add notes for material texture, hardware close-ups, strap length, inside photos, and seller consistency before moving a UU Finds bag row to a buying agent.

03

Can bag QC photos prove authenticity?

No. Bag QC photos can help you compare visible quality, construction, and defects, but they should not be treated as an authenticity guarantee. Use them as risk checks before international shipping.
