Spreadsheets FAQ

A useful spreadsheet is a decision record, not just a list of links. Track enough context to compare like with like and to know which details still need current confirmation.

Worked example

Example: comparing two hoodie rows

Record each source URL, live item price, size chart, color, seller image quality, QC status, estimated weight, and return constraints. Flag any missing measurement instead of treating a blank cell as approval.

01

Why use a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet makes it easier to organize UU Finds, compare categories, save product links, and keep spreadsheet QC notes while you build a haul or shortlist.

02

What should I track in my spreadsheet?

Track product name, category, price, seller link, size, color, QC status, agent notes, shipping status, and any concerns you want to recheck later.

03

How do I compare similar finds?

Compare photos, seller consistency, material notes, buyer comments, price, and return risk. The cheapest option is not always the cleanest choice.

04

Can a spreadsheet replace final QC?

No. A spreadsheet helps organize decisions, but final approval should still be based on current product details, QC photos, and agent updates.

05

Is UUfinds QC the same as agent QC?

No. UUfinds QC helps you shortlist and compare spreadsheet rows before ordering, while agent QC usually happens after the item reaches a warehouse. Use both: spreadsheet QC for research and agent QC for the final warehouse decision.
